3 phase outlets and machine power
Outlets and dedicated circuits for welders, compressors, CNC machines, hoists and other 3 phase equipment, matched to each machine’s rating.
3 phase power, machine circuits, factory fit-outs and switchboards for factories, warehouses and workshops in Carrum Downs, Dandenong South, Hastings and across the south-east.
Factories, warehouses and workshops run on equipment, and equipment needs the right power in the right place. LENNELEC does industrial electrical work across south-east Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, from a single 3 phase outlet for a new compressor to fitting out a whole factory unit.
Downtime costs money, so the work is planned around production where it can be, and switchboards are labelled so the next fault is quick to trace. Once the site is running, regular testing keeps it that way: test and tag, safety switch testing and thermal imaging of the boards.

A new factory or warehouse unit set up from scratch: switchboard, power drops to the benches, 3 phase outlets, high-bay LED lighting, and data to the office.
New and upgraded industrial switchboards and distribution boards, with room for the next machine and every circuit labelled.
A thermal camera scan of switchboards and connections under load shows hot spots, such as loose terminals and overloaded circuits, before they cause a breakdown.
Power tools, extension leads and portable machines tested and tagged, with the results recorded, so the workshop stays on top of electrical safety.
Safety switches checked with a meter to confirm they trip fast enough to protect the people using the equipment.

Yes. Joel installs 3 phase outlets and dedicated circuits for welders, compressors, CNC machines and other equipment, sized to the machine’s rating and what the switchboard can supply.
Some 3 phase equipment can’t run on a single phase supply. Joel can check what the site has and talk through what an upgrade would involve, which also goes through the local electricity distributor.
Heat. Loose connections, overloaded circuits and failing parts run hotter than they should, and a thermal camera picks them up while everything is running. Finding them early means a planned repair instead of a breakdown.
It depends on the environment. The Australian Standard for in-service testing, AS/NZS 3760, sets intervals by how hard equipment is used, and factories and workshops are tested more often than offices. Joel can suggest a schedule for your site.
Yes. From the switchboard to power drops, 3 phase outlets, high-bay LED lighting and data for the office, Joel can fit out the whole unit, working with the builder if there is one.
